I have decided once again to run another marathon. =) Of course I decided to run it 8 weeks before the race. Oh did I mention I haven’t been training. I am planning on running "The Top of the Mountain Marathon" in Logan September 18th. I really havent been preparing like I did the St. George Marathon, so I decided to do a very long run! Well this month I decided to buy a swing set for a really good deal....problem was I used all of the grocery money and personal money to get it. Ward Halloween Party "Scripture Power" Theme was to dress up as a scripture character.There were many more cute little activities for the kids these were just two of them. Things have been absolutely crazy these past few weeks, thus, very little posts. We went to St. George for the weekend to spend some time with family and attend the parade of homes. The homes were amazing...what's new? I went to the Dr. Yesterday with lots of cramping, so they gave me an ultrasound and found that my placenta was ripped from the uterus wall slightly and there was fluid in the uterus wall. We used to have a 2002 Suzuki X-7, but we decided we wanted to upgrade...so we got this beauty :)You should see me when I drive with both of the kids in the back, Buster in the Hatch back part of it and my parents 150 lb German Shepherd in the front seat......just puttin along. :) I feel like I'm back in High School again (besides the kids seats in the back) LOL

It all started first thing in the morning at 2:40am my alarm goes off, I get up take a shower still feeling very drained from the two weeks prior of having a tremendous cold. I get dressed making sure I rub Vaseline all over my feet and any place I may get chaffed. I eat a light meal and drink lots of water and head out the door by 3:15am to wait for my good friend and running partner Gail J.

I have been having huge issues with my Ilotial Band when I run. It's a sharp pain from my hip down to the outside of knee. Not only while I run but lately while I walk or just sit. I have been iceing it 3 to 4 times every day, stretching and massaging it for 15 to 30 min every morning and night and taking pain reliver with anti inflamatory meds.
