Update On Pregnancy

I went to the Dr. Yesterday with lots of cramping, so they gave me an ultrasound and found that my placenta was ripped from the uterus wall slightly and there was fluid in the uterus wall. She told me I needed to take it easy and not to lift over 30 pounds. I will go back on January 13 to get another ultrasound and to see if the rip has healed on it's own. She also measured the baby and found out I was only 8 weeks instead of 10 which would make my due date August 4 instead of July 17. I m a little dumbfounded because that would mean we were NOT trying at the time!!! Oh well 99.9% not trying (smiles) Hopefully all will work out with the baby, on the bright side we did see the heart beating which will always AMAZE me!

Suprise! Im Pregnant AGAIN!

I figured that I was pregnant a few weeks ago but all 15 of my pregnancy test were negative! Finally I took one on December 4th and it came out positive! I just stared at it and told Jason I had to run to the Dollar store to get another one, two or three. I ran to the store then ran home and took it...sure enough it was positive again! I don't know how to feel about it, I was so dead set on waiting until David and Michael were in school to have another one, because they are driving me to pop little white pills to keep my sanity....but I guess the Lords plans are different. I am way nervous and excited for this new little arrival, I just hope the Lord will continue to try and bless me with the patience I need.
Jason and I also went to the Doctor today for our first visit, She's a new Dr. and really awesome, she is also due January 16th. We weren't able to hear the heartbeat which made me nervous but she said normally she can't hear it until 11 to 12 weeks. We have another appointment on December 31st (my birthday.. hint hint) to check the heart beat again.

That would be 10 weeks along.

Shoe Throwing Anyone?

So Im sure that EVERYONE has seen this clip on the news, but DANG Mr. President you have the dodge-em reflexes of a tiger!I would have gotton hit with the first one and the second one would have hit me in the back of the head. Yeah, I'm that slow. I guess later when asked on the airplane ride home if he saw the man or saw anything coming...He said "Yeah I did, I saw his sole" LOL It's a good thing President has a sense of humor, if it was me I would have taken off my shoe and returned the favor.

Seriously, are we not over this trial in our lives?!

The boys slept in this morning until 8:30am-so we thought. Jason wanted to get them ready for church so he went to get them and as he opened their bedroom door an overwhelming stench comes rolling out of their room. Jason walks in to find that Michael had dug into his dirty diaper and spread it all over the bedroom. Thank goodness for a very nice caring selfless husband, because he took the initiative to clean it all up while I watched David. I hear Jason put Michael in the cold shower, there was no hot water left to shower with, then Michael started screaming because the poop is sticking to him it's so dang cold. I still needed to get ready for church and get the boys ready by 9:00am, needless to say we were late. I am so disappointed that Michael did this AGAIN, it's been around 3 months or so since he did it last. He use to dig in it daily, and share the joy with others, sometimes a few times daily. At one point the washer broke and I had no way to wash the blankets and clothes-Errrrrr it was frustrating. I was hoping that he grew out of that stage....apparently not yet. Seriously, what is wrong with my child?!

On the bright side of things it snowed today, it was neat to see the fresh snow on the ground; the snow had melted by the time we came out of church. I can't wait to play with the kids in the snow and go sledding down our mini hill in the back yard.

Our little Photographer!

At the Christmas party Michael got ahold of the camera and was a wonderful photographer :)

This lady kept asking him to take pictures of other people

Then she was trying to take the camera from him. Michael just kept laughing and flashing :) it was hillarious! There were more pictures of her, but you get the just of it.

Pictures, Pictures, Pictures

Buster Really enjoying the backyard!

I Miss St. George.

I went down to St. George last Monday through Wednesday to do some hair and see some family. This was the first time that I really missed my hometown :( I miss my own home and salon and place for my kids to run ramped without me and everyone around getting too uptight. I miss the kids grandparents and Aunt and Uncle, who are great babysitters, which are far and in between here. It still seems that we are homeless, because Orem doesn't feel like home yet and when I go down to our house in St. George it seems so bare. I'm hoping soon that we will all adjust to our new house here in Orem.

On a happier note I still love my husband, kids and our dog Buster- that's a plus! Hopefully the next time I write it will be tons more interesting and much more positive.

Thanksgiving

I know this is a time to be Thankful and give Thanks- so here we go.

I am Thankful for the First Thanksgiving Turkey I had ever cooked , and it was the best I had ever tasted! I cooked it for Jasons family, which was a big crowd!

I am Thankful for my Mother! Oh so Thankful, she is seriously the most amazing person I have ever met, she is my best friend. It makes me so happy to know we will have this friendship and closeness through out all eternity.

I am Thankful for my Father, whose example of a Righteous Priesthood holder has helped to mold my life into what it is today.

I am Thankful for Jason, he has put up with alot of emotions from me these past few months, and he continues to be there and shows me that he cares each and every day. He deserves special blessings for that.

I am grateful for the Priesthood, what a blessing to have this in my life. The other day Jason gave me a blessing of comfort and as soon as he placed his hands on my head I could feel an overwelming love from my Father in Heaven and I just started crying through the whole blessing. I absolutely LOVE my Father in Heaven and I know without a doubt of His Love for me.

I am grateful for my boys, I know they are the cause of most of my craziness, but, they are the funnest kids that I know. They are here on this earth with Jason and I at this time for very specific and special reasons. They are truly one of a kind and have such strong personalities that will take them far in this life and bless the lives of many they come in contact with. I am grateful to have the opportunity to guide them and help them know who they are, where they come from and come to know the Savior and Heavenly Father for themselves.

There are so many things that I can name and be grateful for but I 'll end this post with just those few things of Thanksgiving. I Love you all and appreciate your support and Love.

My Bad!

Ok, so Jason is looking on my blog to get some information to write in the "Family Newsletter" he writes every month for the family. He's listening to the first song and says "Good job Aim, the music is perfect for the blog set up." I was very happy with the song too. I go on with my work and the 2nd song came on.After some time listening Jason looks at me with his mouth dropped and eyes all bugged out; I asked him if he was okay and he just keep staring. Then he says "There are swear words on this song!" I said "No there are NOT!" I still didn't hear them, but I guess it said two really naughty naughty words; I CAN"T believe I never noticed! Sorry people, I think I have scarred y'all for life. I quickly went online and changed the music. I hope there is nice words in this batch, I obviously am oblivious to the naughty ones, so let me know if you catch any.

No Name, Just News.

The boys jumping on the tramp in the back yard--so stinking CUTE.

I haven't really wrote much these past few posts, just pasted pictures, so, I decided to add a few words along with pictures this time around.

I have been trying to be a good Mom lately by taking the boys to the Library--oh the joys. Well, the other day Michael was being the evil Michael and he threw this huge fit during reading time; hitting me and yelling, then landed on a baby and mother! I grabbed him and headed towards the doors saying, "Michael is being SO NAUGHTY!" I just kept saying that all the way to the car, the drive home and down to his room. He has been like this lately and it's been a little difficult to handle. The next day we went back to the Library and I told Michael if he was naughty and didn't listen to me again, we would go straight home and to bed, like we did yesterday. He was a very good boy. ;)

We have been having lots of fun up here in Orem, it seems like everyone is leaving the house now that we moved in. :( I tell you my boys are difficult! Emily and Daniel, a young married couple who live here at the house, have had some run-In's with Michael. The other day at 6:00am I thought I heard Daniel say "You scared me!" I didn't know if I was dreaming or not, but I decided to ask him that evening if what I heard was real. He said "Yeah, I was headed back down the stairs, from the gym, and Michael was standing at the bottom in the dark, and he scared me." Then Later he was in his room taking off his sweater, and when he pulled it over his head, Michael was all of a sudden right there, staring at him--again! Emily will open their bedroom door at times, early in the morning, and there he is again saying "Morning!" with a smile, in the dark. She has been a little freaked out and then has to remind herself that it's only Michael, he can't do anything crazy or psycho-- right?
Sister-in-laws farm in Orem.

On another note I have been taking the boys to Jason's sisters farm a lot lately; they live 4 blocks from our house, and have a huge farm with: Horses, Donkey, Geese and Cows. They also have a kids playground, a pool and an Apple Orchard -- it's so much fun for them.

Here is a better picture of our back yard--what a view!

Our Family is SO SMART!

David found these little glasses somewhere in the house (off of a stuffed bear in someones bedroom; I found out later) and we decided to take turns wearing them, to look REALLY SMART!
Jason says, " It's very appropriate that Michael's glasses look a little disheveled; and David looks all sophisticated"

Seriously!
My little guys are so DANG CUTE!

Busters Back!

I know I know! What a roller coaster with Buster....poor little guy. Jason's Mom (who's house we are living in) called us every day the week we moved up here crying and begging us to get Buster back. She couldn't stand the fact that the boys were without their hairy companion. She told us he could be an inside dog and that's that. Of Course I didn't complain because I was missing Buster too. When we went down to St. George I had to call the family who had taken care of Buster and ask if it was okay that we took him back. :( I felt so bad because they had 3 little boys and who wouldn't get attached to Buster right off? She said they would be fine with it...when I went to get him the boys wouldn't look at me and when the oldest finally did? He gave me the meanest stink eye I've ever seen! :( I felt so bad...the mom told me that the boys cried and cried when they found out and that her husband didn't want to give him back. I couldn't blame them, he is a great dog. Well now we have him and are loving him even more now that we already had to give him up once.
THE END :)

Was That You?!

We're driving back up to Orem from St. George Friday night from packing up most of our belongings. I'm driving and Jason was in the passenger seat with the kids in the back. All of a sudden I hit this NASTY road kill and I think the sucker stuck to the bottom of the car, because the smell stayed for awhile. Right after I hit it this is the conversation between Jason and I...
Jason: "Did you just PASS GAS?!"
Me:(turning to look at him in quite disgust) "NO, I just ran over road kill!"
Jason: "Whatever!"
Me:"Mine do NOT smell like ROAD KILL!"
Jason: (While holding his shirt up over his nose ) "UUUHH Man that stinks, and YES yours DO!"
Me:"Mine smell like roses or a mid summers breeze, NOT Roadkill! Your's smell like road kill"
Jason: (mumbling under his breath)"Whatever"
Me: (mumbling under mine)"Whatever"
As we continue driving in the night.....
Oh the Joys of being married, no holding back sharing every little detail moment and smell with each other. It is a relationship I thought I 'd never have, but am so excited to have it!

A New Day

OK, so today is a new day. I was able to relax last night and get my nerves under control :)

It's still morning and I always feel better emotionally in the morning. The kids are cute and smiley and David is loaded up on Pain Relief for his teeth. Hallelujah.....thus far.

I decided since yesterday was a "Vent Day" today will be a "Thankful Day"

I'm thankful for:

1. Laughing every day with my kids.

2. David giggling and playing the piano at this very moment.

3. Michael saying "I Whuv you TOO!" or waking up in the morning saying
"Michael AWAKE! Michael AWAKE!"

4. Watching them grow and coming to understand how things work and what things do.

5. Michael finding caterpillars on a tree, so excited thinking he found the bugs from "A Bugs Life" Then David coming up behind him seeing the caterpillars and squishing them into the tree. ;0) I know it's sick I get a kick out of that.

6. Opening the closet door and finding Michael kneeling on the floor with his arms folded eyes closed head bowed and saying a full prayer BY HIMSELF!

7. Holding David in my arms and feeding him a bottle.

8. The joy and knowledge that we ARE an "ETERNAL FAMILY"

9. Feeling Heavenly Fathers love for me even more now that I have children of my own.

10. A husband who loves, cares and understands me so much who is also my BEST FRIEND.

11. A worthy Priesthood holder in my home for me and my kids.

12. The Scriptures

I could go on and on and on but I'll leave it at that I may be ungrateful for many things at times in my life, but I really do have a blessed life that I am grateful for.

WHAT A DAY!

Have you ever had one of those days where your kids are so dang cute and everything they do and say has totally made up for the naughty days?????
I WISH today was one of those days!!!!!!!!!!! I have been asking myself all day long "Do I really want any more kids?", "NO WAY!" Definitely NOT with the day that I have had! It seems that I'm always saying "Get OUT of the fish tank Michael!" "Put DOWN the knife Michael!" "DON'T drink that Michael, it's POISEN!" "Please don't push your brother down those TWO FLIGHTS of stairs!" "Did YOU just HIT me?!" All in the meantime having a 1 year old terror who wants you to HOLD him all day long or he will make this high pitch scream that you would never think could come out of a little 2' man.
We are on our way to D.I. to get some little things for the house, the boys were actually doing fine for the moment in the car watching "Aladdin" I parked the car and got David out then went to the other side to get Michael out, he turns burrows his eyebrows grinds his teeth makes a fist and growls yelling at the top of his lungs while hitting me "NO! NO! Grrrrrr!" I thought What the snot? "You WILL NOT HIT your mother Michael!" I grabbed him while he was punching me and took him out of the car, so here is Michael having this HUGE breakdown in the middle of the parking lot. I grabbed his ear and pulled him all the way to the store. With many people watching I shoved the screaming Michael in the front part of the cart where David usually goes and put David in the basket, "Oh BOY this is going to be so FUN!" Long story short the boys both threw a hug fit the whole time, so I tried to look as fast as I could. Side note, David is getting THREE back molars right now so he is extra naughty and sore :( I feel bad for the little guy....but can I get a break anyway?
We get into line and they are both wailing, I'm just ignoring them like there not even making a sound. People are literally moving out of line to get away from this ruckus! Michael keeps hitting David, David keeps pinching his fingers in the cart while screaming louder and louder, I've had it!
I decide to quickly run to the "Health Food Store" to get David some Licorice root stick to chew on (it helps with teething babies, they look like sticks from a tree but it's natural licorice) and some teething gel. I put them back in another cart, Michael was doing well for the moment (probably because I threatened him) but David? That's another story, I put him in the seat part of the basket and the buckle wasn't working so I didn't buckle him. I got the licorice sticks and gave one to each of the boys then I put the bag in the seat next to David. David picked it up and Michael decided to rip it out of his hands, David started SCREAMING and I just ignored him bending down to look at the teething gel. I know everyone in the store was staring I could feel it ;) Then I hear this "OH OH OHHHH!" coming from like 4 different people, in a split second I realized "David!" While I'm thinking that he falls out of the basket hitting his head on the ground! I hurry and grabbed him looking to see if there was any blood. There wasn't any visible, so I just sat him on my knee and continued looking for the teething gel. I was asked by all these people "Is he okay?" I would say "He's Fine" I wanted to say " I DON'T CARE!"and I meant it I didn't even care that he fell out of that cart! That's how frustrated I am with those boys today! What can I say? My nerves are SHOT! On the way home I just kept saying "We are all going to BED!" Michael kept saying in response " Michael...Happy?!"
They are now sleeping and I am writing this post...go figure.... I will be taking a nap after though :) because obviously I NEED it!
Needless to say I wish it was "One of those days" and my nerves were "All Good"

Bye Bye St. George :(

Okay...tomorrows the day! We are headed up to Orem to start a new life in the snow! We found a home for Buster down here in St. George, they are a young family in our ward just up the street from us. They have three boys ages are 6, 4 and 8 months (give or take a little on these ages) anyway they absolutley LOVE dogs and he will be an inside/ outside dog. I know he will be taken care of , I just hope he doesn't think to himself " What the snot was I missing out on all these years!"

We Will Miss You Buster!

On another note I will still be doing hair down here in St. George, I am hoping to come down once a month for that reason (and of course to see my friends and family) so if you need a Hair Cut or Color let me know and I will put you on my peeps to call when I set up my appointments. Support my gas bill and go nappy a few days longer by waiting for the BEST HAIR DRESSER IN THE WORRRLLD!!! That wasn't too dramatic was it? Oh Well if it was....;0

This isn't the best picture of me....I was a lttle cut off guard;) hee hee get it ? "Cut" off guard???? Nevermind, I couldn't find any other haircutting pictures? Go figure :)

Family Photos!

My good friend Melissa Darling was our photographer, she did such an AWESOME job! These are just some of the photos she took.I tell you what? Our family is soooooo DANG CUTE! Thanks Melissa for finally captioning that.... I know people were wondering.

News!

Well it's NOW official! We are moving up to Orem! bbrrrrr cold! Jason will try and start his job at UVU on Monday and we will be moving up shortly after. Another Yard Sale on Saturday....YIPPIE SKIPPY! :) :( I obviously have mixed feelings. We won't be able to take our dog buster, :( the house we are staying at is "No Dogs Allowed" I'm sad about that...he's our baby...well hairy, stinky, slimy baby. We also have to get rid of almost everything we own for the move, there are only two bedrooms for us to move into to fit. On the bright side....we will be able to start all over fresh with no baggage...well physical baggage ;) I will also be able to go back to college for free and the boys will LEARN to LOVE the snow. Plus we will be able to slowly get out of debt in stead of quickly go further into debt. We are very blessed for this opportunity.

Yard Sale Today!

Today we had a "Yard Sale"! ......Yippeee....it was SO much fun! We started out at 6:30 am, got the signs up on all the busy streets and put the things in order out on our driveway. Can you say FREEZING, COLD, FRIO, BRRRRRRRRRRRR!!! What a day to pick.... I sat outside with my hot parsley brew, two HOT bean sacks that you put in the microwave one under my bum and the other on my stomach, a big down filled comforter wrapped completely around me, and bundled up in my WINTER clothes! What the SNOT?! It's not that time of year already is it? It had to have been in the 40's and wind blowing like crazy.

We had people coming sporadically here and there, sold quite a bit and made some money. We still have stuff to sell so I think we are going to do it ALL again next weekend. We are trying to get rid of just about EVERYTHING we are tired of having SO MUCH STUFF. It's been a little hard knowing how much we paid for some things and selling them for practically nothing. That's just part of life and our decision to downsize our "livin" :)
